Our Company Profile

Our story began in the year 1993, when Mr. Ajay Agarwal (Managing Director) and Late Mr. Sanjay Garg, decided on taking over the world by building their shoe empire. The journey started as fabricators of Upper of shoes and after a few years in 1996, they launched their first-ever collection of fashionable sports shoes which left quite an impression on customers.

Identifying your brand’s calling is what makes a company successful, and it didn’t take much time for G&D to realize that the manufacturing of fashionable sports shoes had one too many players in the market and they went on identifying the gap that needed to be covered.

With the help of our strong Research & Development department, in the year 1999, we identified the vacuum in the children’s footwear segment. G&D was launched catering to the children footwear market in India and soon emerged as the market leader among the exclusive kids’ brands.

In the year 2013, G&D also achieved international fame by tying up with the US-based company “Disney shoes” to market and distribute Disney footwear in India. It also got affiliated with the most popular character in India – Chhota Bheem in the year 2016. G&D has always felt proud of the service they have provided to make the kid’s hearts happy.

.G&D organizes frequent meet and greet of dealers nationally as well as on international destinations. In every dealer meet, more than 200 dealers participate. For the leisure and entertainment of our dealers and to keep them motivated, the meet and greet are mostly held in India, Dubai, Phuket, Almaty, etc. .We have a manufacturing quantity of 6 million pairs of shoes every year .We also make high-quality waterproof shoes for both men and women .G&D has all their manufacturing process and technology in-house and as our products are not outsourced, it gives us quality assurance of the product.
