    Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right size for my child?

Place your child’s foot on a sheet of paper and mark the length from heel to toe. Measure the length, then add 1.5 cm to the measurement. Match the final measurement with our size chart to select the correct size for your child.
Are G&D shoes comfortable for daily wear?

Yes, G&D shoes are designed for school, playtime, casual outings, and everyday use. Most styles are lightweight and made with soft cushioning for long-hour comfort.
Are the shoes suitable for running and outdoor play?

Yes, our sneakers and sports shoes are suitable for walking, running, school activities, and regular outdoor play. For active use, choose styles from the sports shoes category.
How should I clean the shoes?

Clean the shoes gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash, soak in water, or use harsh chemicals. Let them air dry naturally in shade.
What if the size does not fit?

You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The shoes should be unused and unworn, with original packaging and tags. Size exchanges are subject to stock; if your size is unavailable you can opt for a refund.
