Sizing & fit
How do I find the right shoe size for my child?
Measure your child's foot at home: stand them on a sheet of paper with the heel against a wall, mark the tip of the longest toe, and measure heel to toe in centimetres. Match that foot length to the G&D size chart. Every G&D shoe is labelled by age, UK size, EU size and foot length in cm, so you can order by whichever you know best — foot length is the most accurate.
My child is between two sizes. Which should I choose?
Choose the larger size. Children's feet grow quickly, and a little room at the toe is more comfortable than a tight fit.
What ages do G&D shoes fit?
Our size chart runs from about age 2.5 (UK 7C, EU 25, 16.5 cm) to age 14 (UK 5, EU 37, 24.5 cm). Most sneakers and sports shoes come in UK 11C to UK 5 (roughly ages 5–14). Toddler-friendly velcro styles such as Robolox and Iceberg start at UK 7C.
What does the "C" in UK 11C mean?
"C" stands for child. UK children's sizes run 7C to 13C, then continue as UK 1, 2, 3 and upwards for older kids.
Are G&D shoes for boys or girls?
All G&D shoes are unisex and use the same size chart for boys and girls.
How often should I re-measure my child's feet?
Every 2–3 months. Don't rely on a size you bought months ago — re-measure before each new pair.
Choosing the right shoe
Velcro, twist-lock or lace-up — which is best?
Velcro is easiest for younger children who are still learning to put shoes on alone. Twist-lock shoes tighten with a single turn of the dial, so kids get a secure fit without tying laces — good for school and sports. Lace-up styles give the most adjustable fit and suit older kids who can tie their own laces.
Which G&D shoes are best for school?

Are G&D shoes good for running and outdoor play?
Yes. Our sports shoes have cushioned midsoles and deep-grip rubber outsoles for running, PE and outdoor play. For the most active kids, choose a sports shoe over a casual sneaker or sandal.
How do I clean my child's G&D shoes?
Wipe them with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash, soak them in water or use harsh chemicals, and let them air dry naturally in the shade.
Orders, delivery & payment
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for eligible PIN codes across India. Availability depends on your location, order value and courier coverage.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day). After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days to metro cities, 4–7 business days to tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and 5–10 business days to remote locations. You'll receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. G&D ships only within India.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. The shoes must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags, packaging and invoice. Please try shoes on only on a clean indoor surface. All returns are inspected before approval. Read the full Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on the shoes being in original condition and the new size being in stock. If your size isn't available, we can offer another size, a different eligible product, store credit or a refund where applicable.
What if I receive a wrong, damaged or defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear photos of the product, outer packaging and shipping label, and an unboxing video if you have one. After verification we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, with no shipping deduction.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use the order section of your account where available, or email sales@gndshoes.com / call +91 99103 93071 with your order ID, the product and the reason for return.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched — with no cancellation charge. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can raise a return or exchange after delivery.
